Our prices are competitively low, and a key feature of our tariffs is that they are simple, clear and transparent, with no hidden 'extras'.  All prices are quoted and invoiced in UK pounds sterling (£) and pence (p).

Free hire of equipment & line rental
Hire of equipment and line rental are FREE to clients who spend an average of only £5.00 a day, then a flat charge of just £1.00 a day will be added to your invoice (75p in the case of SIM card hire).

Call Charges
For call charges from other countries please tell us where you are likely to visit, using the EXPRESS QUOTATION

Taxes
Value Added Tax (VAT) will be added to all charges at the prevailing rate (currently 17.5%) for all calls originating in the UK and other countries of the European Union (EU). No VAT is charged for calls made outside the EU.

Deposit
A deposit of £200 is taken from your credit card (£400 is you are taking the phone outside the UK) and refunded, after deduction of charges, when you are invoiced, 14 days later after you return the hire phone.  Credit terms may be granted to corporate clients.

Insurance
No charge is made for insuring the hire equipment, but if it is lost, stolen or otherwise seriously damaged, excess charges will be added to your invoice.

Delivery & Collection
We deliver phones for a standard charge of £7.00 throughout the UK, Europe and the USA. Collections from the UK are also charged at £7.00. Deliveries and collections elsewhere are charged at prices quoted at cost.  These charges are irrespective of how many phones are being delivered or collected at the same address at the same time.

USA
With both the Motorola i2000 Nextel phone and the Nokia 6310i triband phone you can make and receive calls in every major US city.  Please use the express quotation DURING THE QUOTATION PROCESS YOU WILL BE ABLE TO CHECK COVERAGE MAPS for where you are travelling to. EXPRESS QUOTATION

Free hire of equipment and line rental

Japan and South Korea The Japanese Panasonic J-P02 and Korean SK 5200 mobile phones are compatible only with the Japanese and Korean cell phone networks, which have few common standards with the rest of the world. Once in Japan or Korea these stylish handsets will allow you to make and receive calls to and from anywhere in the world. DURING THE QUOTATION PROCESS YOU WILL BE ABLE TO CHECK COVERAGE MAPS Please note that each phone comes already connected to its own mobile number: they will not operate when outside Japan or Korea  and you cannot insert your own SIM card. UK and the rest of the world The Nokia 6310i operates on digital networks in the UK, USA and the rest of the world. It is WAP enabled. We also offer satellite phones for use in other parts of the world. Please use the express quotation to let us know where you are travelling to. SIM Card only hire in the UK If you are visiting the UK from another country, hiring a SIM Card enables you to use your own handset, if it is compatible with GSM 900 MHZ networks. It will save you money by paying UK rates for calls within the UK - rather than international 'roaming' charges from your home network.
