7 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE...
Should you wish to cancel your order with us once you have taken delivery, you must notify us via phone, fax or email within 7 days that you are cancelling your purchase. The 7 days start from the day after you have received the goods.
Goods should be returned enclosed in their original packaging otherwise we cannot offer a refund. You will be responsible for the cost of return of the item(s). You will also be responsible for the safe keeping and the condition of the item(s) until received by Direct Mobile Phones. This applies even if we send you a returns bag.
• Funds will be credited to you by the original method used when purchased.
• Refunds will be issued within 30 days of being cancelled.
• Please allow a suitable time for the refund to appear on your statement. |

FAULTY GOODS...
We will, within the first 28 days offer you a choice of either a refund or an exchange of any goods that have become faulty, provided that the fault has been reported to us and the goods returned within this 28 day period. Items will not be exchanged until any faulty items are returned to us. You will be responsible for the cost of the return of the item(s) to us.
All marks and scratches must be reported within 24 hours of delivery otherwise we cannot accept the product as a faulty item. We reserve the right to charge a £14.99 restocking/administration fee for any items returned to us that are not faulty.
All goods are covered for the remainder of any warranty period by the manufacturer's warranty.
We strongly advise customers to send goods to us by 'trackable' post as we cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing.
Car kits are sold with a 12 month manufacturers warranty. We will replace any faulty car kit within 12 months of purchase although please note that we will not be held liable for any de-installation/re-installation costs incurred by yourselves.
We do not require the whole kit back, if only one part of the car kit is faulty you can return just that part for an exchange.

DMP has 19 years of experience in the mobile industry and we pride ourselves on the level of service we offer our customers.
However should you have any reason for complaint with regard to our service levels etc. please call free on 0845 838 3544, or email customer services by clicking here.
Should any of your goods arrive damaged, please do not dispose of the packaging. We require the original packaging to be able to make a claim with Royal Mail. We can then replace the faulty goods. If you fail to keep the packaging then we cannot be held liable for the replacement of the goods.
When contacting us with a query please include as much information as possible such as order number. This will help us to better understand the problem.
ALL COMPLAINTS WILL BE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL AND WILL BE DEALT WITH IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER...
• You will receive a response to your initial contact within a reasonable timescale.
• We aim to resolve all problems within seven working days of notification.
